The breakfast spread was fantastic, showcasing local ingredients like fresh yogurt and fruit that made for a fulfilling start to the day.
The bathroom was a bit tight for comfort, which could be improved for a better overall experience.

Bathroom space could use an expansion for comfort!!! The uphill walk to the city is a bit tiresome after a long day!!! Wi-fi speed left something to be desired!!!

I really enjoyed my time at Hotel Ilaia. The staff went above and beyond. They arranged a breakfast for me at 5:40 AM before my penguin excursion, which was quite thoughtful. I found the rooftop area to be a perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine after a busy day of exploring. The ambiance in the common areas felt inviting and cozy, thanks to the unique decor and beautiful views. The room was comfortable but the bathroom was a bit tight for my liking. I appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea available throughout the day. The breakfast spread was fantastic—the fresh fruit, delicious chapatis, and freshly squeezed juice stood out. However, I felt that the bathrooms could use a bit more space for a more comfortable experience. I would definitely recommend staying here.

the location is simply not optimal. a 10-15 minute walk to town is just ridiculous, especially after a long, exhausting day. they also refused my request for an upgrade! how dare they treat me like just another guest? i absolutely almost gave a good review, but these glaring issues ruined it.

Just a solid selection for a flash stay in Punta Arenas with best value for money ratio. The rooms were clean and very large. Make sure to ask the staff for help if you need something early in the morning.

This place feels like home with cozy decor and a lovely rooftop view. The attentive staff really makes you feel welcome, adding a personal touch. Don’t miss the free coffee corner—it’s a true delight!
However, the walls are so thin I could hear my neighbor's Netflix binge! And let’s be honest, I wasn’t ready for a surprise 6:30 am wake-up call from my own alarm.
